      I feel incredibly fortunate to work in such an amazing environment. The focus on health and safety is outstanding, making me feel secure and cared for. The management team is supportive and encouraging. What I love most is that no two days are the same, which keeps things exciting and engaging. Additionally , the monthly lunch reviews, and Christmas parties are a testament the a fantastic culture here. I'm grateful for the opportunity to be apart of such a positive workplace.

      Atrocious conditions. Long hour shifts every day, not recognized. Very unprofessional. Except alot for below/bordline minimum pay. Bullying and harassment. Most are overseas workers who do not understand occupational health and workplace rules
