      There are some good hard working people trying to keep the place afloat.

      Ownership has no respect for its employees. Lots of yelling at senior managers. At the corporate office employees do not talk as everyone is too afraid. This company is culturally broken. The company spends very little to grow its employees and you’re left to figure things out on your own.

      The owner is one of the rudest, uptight people I've ever met. I've been working for over 10+ years at this point and have never met someone SO rude and unprofessional a day in my life. They hire you for one title but then throw 5 million other things on you with little to no raise for the work you are doing. The HR department is beyond incompetent and can help with barely anything, complaints aren't really taken seriously - just filed with no true fix. It's quiet, dull, and a terrible work environment and when I quit I never looked back. They still call me on my PERSONAL cell phone for help to this day. Unless you are a male, you will not move up at this company. STAY AWAY.
