Lots of work to do for the AMOUNT your paid. They sell it as "we aren't a call center" but you're expected to make 160 - 200 calls per day. INSANE! By the time your shift is over, your head is on the brink of exploding. This Job is not a job where when you're done for the day, "you're done for the day". No, if you don't complete your task that day, you have to complete it the next day. If not, you will be questioned. Oh yeah, MICROMANAGEMENT at its finest! EVERYTHING is monitored! your idle time, away to use the restroom, how long you take with phone calls, conversations, and voicemails. In the interview, they preach "oh we are all about work-life balance", well. From personal experience, I work from home and I don't feel like I'm working from home. My ANXIETY is through the roof, I go to bed thinking about how many phone calls I have to meet for my next work day. Your success will depend on what schools you operate for, if you get a crabby school your work performance will show it. It's not your fault, you can't control who picks up the phone. I'd rather work in an office environment than work remotely
