No clear strategic plan. The office staff were asked to out-perform upper management so they could sit comfortably and look good in their glamourous positions. No growth structure and very difficult to progress beyond your job role.

Easy access. Full time employment.

Rude and cunning management, low wages, outdated facilities and tools to work with, no safety, poor working conditions, no prospects.
