The help-desk team was very supportive during the initial on-boarding. The staff, managers, and owner were very approachable and there was great communication between everyone.

The compensation was very low. Current wages are barely above minimum wage. There was little incentive for the required travel. Per Diem was far below the average rates.

Friendly coworkers and a healthy work environment.

Prioritize numbers and statistics over quality work Consistently hire foriegn workers (Majority in the Philippines) Lack of communication between supervisors Not much room to grow Non-competitive salary
