+ Current Operations Manager is a manager that knows how to balance professionalism and being friendly + Workload is appropriate and fair + The CEO is a stand up guy + Large desks with quarter cubicles and locking cabinets + Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, I became good friends with everyone my first week here + Salary range is actually what it should be for the positions they offer unlike some businesses that are grossly low + Tools are standard for the industry + Office is in a convenient location and clean + Office is located right by a hospital so if there's ever an emergency you'll be at the hospital in no time + Insurance is decent and at a low cost + Management/Leadership are open to and welcome discussions about processes, culture, and changes + Loads of potential for growth and promotions + Company vehicles for onsite visits + squirrels in the view of your desk

- Documentation is lacking for some companies - There are some industry standard processes that need updating (intentionally vague) - OnCall rotation - The building is next to a hospital so there's a loud helicopter flying by every few hours - Office temperature can't be controlled by the company so sometimes it can be hotter than you'd like, but a fan is enough to negate that - My onboarding was a bit rough, but I believe that was due to COVID19 mostly - Technicians have to take phone calls while working on other tickets - Building is ugly on the outside, but really nice inside - could use a facelift - Culture is still being grown so there are some growing pains

The team was a lot of fun to work with. They worked really hard while being stretched thin and operating with limited resources compared to other MSPs in the area.

The owner could care less about his staff. He would rather be in Florida then actually investing back into his company. Short temper and has the emotional intelligence of teenager.
