This review is a couple of years old now, but that's the first we have heard that the work is "mind numbing". I hope that's not still the case for you. But if it is, please share that feedback. We are always looking for Operational Excellence and will make whatever improvements we can to your respective job to make it more engaging for you. Also, since your review, we have made dramatic improvements to our compensation structure and we are confident that we are at least on par with the most competitive paying companies in Southern Utah if not ahead of most. Also, thanks to feedback like this, we have a Learning Management System with nearly endless, self-driven training courses available and a lot more in person training sessions by leaders in those categories.
