Vantaggi

The management is very approachable, humble and listens to concerns as well as acts upon concerns for improvements. Management has created a family environment for its employees and yet has professionalism in the air. The people here are friendly and willing to help. The company overall has good PTO, convenient insurance policy, investment plans, transparent bonus plan, flexible schedule, safe working environment and every once in a while has fun activities for employees.

Svantaggi

When I started, I got competitive pay but it seems like employees should be evaluated more often to meet the competitive pay standards.

Vantaggi

I like that we're in one building now but that has its pros and cons

Svantaggi

We spent a ton of money building a new manufacturing facility in Saint George, UT. Problem is, we're losing to competition. They're doing it faster and cheaper. Our costs are much higher, our quality is no longer that much better, and competitors have quickly caught up with our ideas. Management cries about competitors stealing our IP rather than innovating and staying ahead of the curve. We're losing to the competition and I'm afraid layoffs and further downsizing are imminent.
