      No pros at all. Think carefully before join this company.

      When resign, last pay will be deducted and shows as aws and bonuses deduction although you dint get any cents of it, the reason was your monthly salary already include aws and bonuses by pro-rated but it doesnt mention at all when sign the offer letter. Min 10 hours ot without ot fees monthly or else salary will be dedicated too.

      None worth mentioning..think carefull before u join

      Management quality very poor. Feedback given but never acknowledged or acted on. Employee voices ignored completely. Benefits below market standard and very limited. Workplace culture lacks basic humanity. Staff treated without respect, more like tools than human beings. High stress environment with little to no support. No sense of care, fairness, or appreciation for effort.
