Wintech is an employee owned company, which makes it a great place to work.

It is hot in the summer time.

Consistent hours. Decent benefits if single.

Management does not care about the individual. The cost of benefits if you have a spouse is outrageous. Very little room for growth. Promised raises and promotions are never given. Cannot talk to other employees at all due to it being run like a military.
