      Winco is a great company overall. Benefits can't be beat, $50 a month for full medical, dental, vision and additional life insurance for a family plan. Easy job

      Svantaggi

      Pay is pretty low and not a lot of room for advancement. Store managers play favorites and promote based on who they like and not who's best fit for the job.
