      Vantaggi

      - the employees are super nice - casual office with music playing often - gained a lot of great experience - occasional perks like free tickets to signed artists shows - very flexible schedule

      Svantaggi

      - very little opportunity for advancement beyond an intern - interaction with upper management is almost non-existent - some of the other interns might not pull their weight - obviously not getting paid sucks, although I can't judge it as a con too heavily since unfortunately that is the norm when it comes to interns. A travel stipend would be nice though.

      Friendly coworkers, patient superiors, ability to complete tasks in multiple departments, hands-on projects, you actually get to see your work being implemented, easy and flexible hours, laid-back office environment, long lunch breaks, free concerts, you get to meet the artists

      Unpaid internship, not much opportunity for immediate growth since they don't really have entry-level positions
