- Almost impossible to progress internally in a meaningful way - Fine to start with but important to build your external network as the senior team will give you limited space for external publicity of your work that doesn’t have a quote from then - You cannot publish anything without the CEO reviewing it. He will then make changes that go against previous changes he has made to very similar articles. Perhaps just say that the draft was fine? Don’t micromanage as it gets tiresome
