Company is growing fast so there are some growing pains regarding organizational structure.

The company is full of quality individuals. Execs are approachable, down-to-earth, and responsive to employee feedback. Project managers are technically skilled and communicate effectively. Peers are always willing to help each other - great collaborative team atmosphere. Inclusive, positive work culture.

Employee career development needs attention. Mentors work with new employees, but ongoing education is up to the individual - on their own time and dime. I'd like to see programs in place to encourage and incentivize skill development, reimbursement for educational costs/certifications, budget and working time allotted to attending relevant conferences/workshops, as well as access to online learning resources.
