The exec team are brilliant and have a finger on every pulse in the business, it is really refreshing, as it makes you involved with the entire business fully supported, rather than just a job. Windsor work very hard but the rewards are brilliant. I have worked at another telecoms company for 13 years, due to acquisitions, I was involved with 28 other telecoms businesses, none compare to how well Windsor works.
