Has a great product line and well developed system to assist the customer in getting what they need. The training person was very good at covering the basics and does a great job introducing the company and it's sales system.

The training was missing a lot of the normal aspects I experienced in other companies like a well written handbook or reference material that contains everything in a well organized fromat. The provided information was haphazard and confusing. After passing the initial training I was passed on to a supervisor who was very difficult and did not agree with most of the things given in training. This person made manny errors and was very contridicting on many points. It seems as if the attitude was to intimidate and create failure. The experience I found to be abusive and non professional. The company does not have a human resourses department or person to help with these kind of issues.
