      Flexibility over one's own schedule; great part-time pay; decent company policies and procedures compared to competitor companies in same industry. People are great (customers, wine managers at locations I work at, boss, etc.)

      Standing for 3-5 hours at a time. I had a foot issue early in working for this company, and I worked through it...all is good now, but this is the physical part I don't necessarily care for. Some procedures are changing and in flux due to changing websites, etc. and these are just growing pains, but we have a lot of changes and for a part time worker it can seem like a bit of a hassle (this isn't my main gig). This is, I believe, very temporary and for the greater good of the company moving forward.

      This company has great products, I prefer this company to other wine distributor's because the products are superior to most other products marketed in this fashion. A good product sells itself and good sells reports are rewarding. The company is professionally run and back up help is readily available. They have videos and sales material to help getting familiar with the products, and they always listen if you have issues and they understand all the off premise complications and can walk you through things you might not understand

      These are not common wines, many are from Spain and Italy, so the pronunciations can be complicated if you don't have any foreign language experience.There are translator programs and Curt helps with that if you have issues. Learning these products well takes a little time but they are worth it

      Thank you for taking the time to review. I appreciate it so much. Many of our wines are less common, but we have taken steps to help with your points. -We added audio files to the wines on the site so when you look up the wine info, you can hear my pronouncing the wine name -We are doing Facebook live every Wednesday to further our education -We have the Instagram page where education information is posted daily -We have our YouTube channel that we just started where educational videos are posted And.....we take requests.
