Remote work, easy tasks, avail time

They do not respect the tenurity and integrity of their employees. Even if you exceed their KPIs, no attendance issues, no compliance issues, regardless of how you performed they will still remove your employment without any warning. Been with the company for almost 7 years, got transferred to multiple departments, trained for different LOBs, exceeded the goals, but never once raised our salary. Whenever we discuss about the appraisal, we always get threatened about possible unemployment, and always told to be grateful for the opportunity.
