There is SO much opportunity for growth. As someone right out of college (and in a field completely unrelated to my major) I took a chance with this company and couldn't be happier to be along for the ride. As a startup there are many ups and downs, but it's during those tough times that you see how strong a company truly is, and more so how passionate their employees are.

Because of the rapid growth, there are people who may not be best fit in the roles they are in. This is a startup, not a daycare. Employees need to be treated like adults, not five year old children.
