Having set up the business myself, I recognise hard work and great people that can contribute to the group success. We are fast and busy and have grown quickly. High performance means some people love it some really don't and some run out of gas. We try and provide opportunity within that growth. We are also meritocratic. Stars are spotted and invested in and given lots of space to grow. Equally I learned that trying to be 'nice' and giving people countless 'lifelines' just causes resentment with other people in the team. So we do act, when someone is not good enough, for their benefit and for the team benefit. That goes down well with the team but not for the leaver. We have a very strong system of KPIs which means people know what they need to do and also know where things are working and where they are not.

Sad to see negative reviews on here but we can't please everyone. Like in all organisations, some people don't get what they want and whilst we try and accommodate, of course at times things don't work out.
