Management don't care about their employees, health insurance is not 100% covered, you have to pay some out of your pocket in every paycheck and when you take more day 4 days unpaid time off, they will make you to pay the health insurance on your own, ridiculous. They only give you 12 days PTO but management will give you a hard time when you request time off for more than a week. Don't expect work life balance here they just want you to work, work and work, no personal life at all. They don't respect their employees much, give out unwanted, broken RMA crap during Christmas party and make everyone to work and help out in warehouse on the day after thanksgiving. Work is mandatory on that black Friday and no time off is allowed, INSANE!
