      Being part of a team that creates the built environment will always be the thing I liked most about Winter. They treat their subcontractors well (as long as they are not behind schedule) and strive to meet the owner and design team's expectations. They produce quality work that you can be proud of.

      Svantaggi

      Project Managers and Project Executives can be outright rude at times, screaming and cursing at you and others. Very unprofessional. They are not tolerant of personal issues (family medical emergency) either - sending ranting emails to you about how you're not doing your job because you have to leave to deal with personal issues.

      Winter provides a very personal and yet professional environment to work in with managers and executives who are encouraging and understanding, especially with those who are freshly entering the industry.

      Training is very hands and mostly dependent on one’s manager but more structured trading does occur as well.
