So called leadership and management does not interact, guide or handhold at all. a body shopping model with utilisation meaning you can put into any role and blamed for non-performance. No career unless you can continuously butter up superiors. Worst "yes Sir" culture I have come across. Wipro as an employer in UK has a very bad reputation, talk to your recruitment industry colleagues and validate that. Join if you have no other option. Even then I think you would be better waiting for another opportunity.
