Wireless Plus provides incredible opportunities for leadership and career growth. As a Regional Sales Manager, I’ve been able to develop teams, drive performance, and make a direct impact on business results. The fast-paced retail environment can be challenging, especially during major device launches or peak seasons. Success requires adaptability, focus, and clear communication across multiple locations.

Pay; If you met or exceeded sales goals the pay was great and even if you just barely met goals it was still a decent amount of base pay and commission. Great people, for the most part, to work with on the store level at least.

Disorganized on nearly every level of company structure. Extremely high turn over and staffing issues constantly; more often than not was left running entire stores by myself. Sales above everything, to the point where dishonesty and bending the truth regarding promotions was encouraged by management in order to close deals. Very little care towards employees and customers. No benefits at all.
