Training for some projects was insufficient and lacked structure, which negatively affected performance outcomes. Despite this, management tended to attribute poor results to workers rather than addressing gaps in training and planning. There was also a lack of job security, as contracts could be terminated at any time without clear justification. Overall, I would not recommend this company to someone seeking stable income and a secure, predictable work environment.
