Very involved in their community. Jason Wren, not Steve Summers, is the CEO now. He is young, smart, and has an excellent vision for the company when compared to the previous CEO. HIS hires are very strong professionally.

Very little accountability among director-level leadership. Lots of good-ol-boy back slapping and favoritism. This system has 2000 employees but many still operate with a single-story, community hospital mindset. Lots of nepotism here. The desire to be better than the rest is missing. Would do well to recruit new directors for patient care areas and directors that are at minimum, masters prepared and with outside experience other than just at WHS.
