I worked in 2 multinational companies before and this one is the one who I had the most overwhelmed feeling of being heard. I can speak directly with the CEO and hear feedback from him about my undergoing projects. This is really impressive compared with other companies. I feel that the company is always looking for being more inclusive and works to get the best for the employees
