Extremely unethical higher management. Keeps your salary as ransom. Don't pay employees their dues. No HR personnel in company. The accountant acts as the HR cum administrator. The product itself is a rip-off and a bad clone of market leaders. Directionless and whimsical management who layoff 20-25 without a notice. A traditional mom and pop shop in the guise of an IT organization. No employee benefits. Extremely miserly management. No canteen. No sales team to sell the product !!! Overall a no-go !!!! A career ruining prospect !!
