you will be smiled to and told the culture is everything but it is all a lie. they will lead you on with false promises of promotion and pay rises for over a year just to milk you dry. head office can’t stop talking about how horrible the company is behind directors backs. heads of have no leadership training and it shows. managers get all the investment, protection & benefits while we do their jobs and get nothing. we are told to act as managers while being paid below industry standard. competitors paying more for less. if you need any support you will get none. no benefits, no flexibility, no investment.
