Being part of a startup definitely has its challenges. If you're someone who needs systems & policies & procedures to all be in place, you should probably look elsewhere. But if you understand that you'll be part of building a business, the rewards will definitely outweigh everything else. I've worked with several startups in my time & I feel blessed to be part of this team. Wobot is a great company with an amazing product and we're only going to get better!
