The business is totally backward. It's Indian run, and the Indians get full-rain of the company, they're pardoned on every wrong doing and get away with treating others without respect, rudely and unfairly. The MD is unhelpful, irrevocably uncaring about employee satisfaction. The company frequently violates GMP procedures. Old tech and old styled - not the company for a modern day blue collar. Policy is selectively enforced on employees. You're targeted by gossiping watercooler groups. Everything is political, each department is out to get one over on the other. The production department is poorly managed. Wouldn't take medicine from this place! HR department is overly strict with no intent to go the extra mile to make employees feel happy to work at Wockhardt. You're under appreciated. You don't get thanked. You're just a number. The type of company you don't want on your Resume when you're working in Pharma.
