- poor management - poor understanding of job requirements -inappropriate and lacking hr process -poor safety culture in general and poor/ inappropriate follow up following incidents - lacking good facilities for staff below management positions - regularly fail to abide by internal policies and procedures including entitlements until issue is raised

Lack of management - felt as if we were ateam without a leader, had to figure out what to do ourselves. No WFH options at all.
