Sad state of affairs - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Wolfspeed

Terrible culture which is driven from the top. The CEO makes terrible decisions. How he still has a job is beyond me. Leadership is in over their heads which is reflected in poor company performance. I've seen more non performers moved rather than let go. It's very discouraging.
