Squandered Potential - Recensione dipendente - Engineer presso Wolfspeed

Terrible work-life balance. Have to support factory that is open 24x7x365, so often have to work on holidays. Resources are stretched so thin that mistakes are often made. Not enough Engineers to respond to all of the fires that pop up daily. Constantly coming up with new products, but don't communicate a clear plan on how to manufacture them. Managers don't have enough time to develop their employees because they are so busy fire fighting.
