Claim to be pushing for greater quality, more reliability - but when it comes to actual execution, it's ram the change through as fast as possible. It's all about this quarters results - expedite (and spend) to pull in for this quarter, but this causes major ramifications. Components division is not competitive - dragging the whole company down.
