Checked-out management that does not even care when you come to them with something. no work-life balance, burn out to be expected, no paths for advancement unless you're a good ole' boy... lots of favoritism! 12 hour shifts are brutal in my department in all the heat, noise and absolutely filthy mess. Pay isn't competitive despite how much management says it is. Show up on time and keep your head down. Working hard will merit you nothing here. Company would rather spend money expanding vs taking care of their employees with proper raises and bonuses.
