It has been known that people would cry after coming out of meetings with management. Some even had tissues on their desk. The pay is way under the competitive average. Job security is always shaky because it is a small company. So if a client pulls out then that can mean someone may get laid off. The turnover rate is really high....not a good sign. There is a reason for it.
