I would not recommend this company to anyone. Believe me, this would be the worst decisiom you ever made! Worked for Wonderbox for over 3 years, was part of the MANCOM and led several projects and teams. Surpassed 2 burnouts, was underpaid and had to deal with all the problems this company created through bad management and short term decisionmaking. All this obviously in return for no recognition what so ever. The senior management is overrated and totally lacks any skills. Considering there is no budget, they continously hire incompetent staff for lead positions, they canmot pay for skilled individuals. This issue impacts the firm from top to bottom. Very ego-centric CEO. The HR team counts 3 people for over 400 employees, worst thing is they are also completely clueless. The HR team is located at the GHQ in Paris and has a sole purpose of hiring new victims to replace continuously resigning co-workers. You are constantly hated by customers and partners considering the product is a CON, Wonderbox found the right legal loophole hence why they are still on the market. My WONDERBOX branded car was vandalised about 3 times, whereas unbranded cars in the same area never got vandalised. If you want to hate yourself and be hated by everyone, this is the right company to work for.
