      I have been in the working world for over 30 years and have worked for some of the top companies in our industry. When I joined Wood Partners/Residential two years ago, I was immediatly impressed. The ethics are strong, the culture is supportive, and the leadership is top of the industry. They listen, they understand, and they help. It is the best of the best companies, I promise.

      Pay is good and you do get a lot of time off, but if you don’t love wearing a *red hat* this is not the place for you.

      Toxic work environment. Upper management is hard-core political in the office with posters everywhere and it can be really offputting since they will silence you. The field guys make the ladies in the back uncomfortable and executive branch does nothing about it. Everyone said it used to be such an amazing company, but in the past two years it’s really gone downhill fast. Zero outlook in their pipeline.
