There can be busy days that are a bit hectic, but the support from the team makes it manageable and enjoyable.

Some days of free dog care while you're working. That's about it.

Employees are pitted against one another, owner is cruel and manipulative to staff and often entices drama. Time off is discouraged and even in the case of emergencies (i.e. family sick, deaths, etc) is frowned upon. New hires are brought in with zero pet experience, which is okay, if they have the basic skills to perform the job - however many new hires end up putting the pets and others at risk due to their lack of smarts, to put it bluntly. Wages should be higher for what the job entails. You will get bit, because they allow semi-aggressive dogs in daycare- and will lie about it outright. The numerous dog attacks witnessed could've easily been avoided had proper, honest vetting been done. Legal ratios for dogs to daycare personnel are regularly ignored. Employees are 95% female only, yet expected to walk 5 dogs at a time even in icy winter conditions. ETC
