      Good flexible hours with school schedule, high pay compared to all competitors, great employee discount, friendly coworkers that made the work environment fun

      There was little product training upon hiring, the product is high-end so understanding the difference between each style was extremely important. There was hardly an inventory system so the stock room was a bit of a mess.

      Upper management doesn’t support you. Lots of lying to motivate teams. Poor team recognition. Upper management tells you what you want to hear but never follows up on anything. This was the most unorganized and unsupportive brand I have ever worked for. They only want to promote you if you don’t have a voice or kind of your own. Very ego centric place to work. Bad work life balance.
