Leadership thrives on intimidation rather than guidance. Public humiliation and personal comments are common management tools. No work-life balance; excessive hours, denied breaks, and unrealistic expectations are the norm. Policies are inconsistent, often changed arbitrarily. Exit terms are used as a weapon instead of handled with professionalism. Instead of fostering growth, leadership uses fear and ego to “set examples” for staff. Mental health suffers — the environment is draining, discouraging, and demotivating.

Worst place to work and I regret being a part of this place

Company owner sitting right next to employees and putting their nose in everything and no time to even have lunch. Eat at your desk, attend calls even while eating. Cannot leave on time even if the work and hours are complete. No salary slip or experience letter provided after repeated requests for a year
