I was skeptical at first when their approached me on my maternity. Noone is actively hiring moms with babies, but they were very positive about it. Even said to me that their best performing recruiters are newly mom. Environment is really friendly to juggle my family life and work. I have a full control over when I am doing things and full support from admin side no matter when I have my questions. I work when baby is sleeping or when we are going for a walk.
