Trying to turn a feature into a full product. Inexperienced leadership. You'll see a lot of comments about people first, but that doesn't stop the late-night slacks and unrealistic expectations. You'll see more comments about "company is growing" - they've been in business for a long time, they're not growing they're trying to salvage anything they have left. Poor long-term vision and a CEO who spends more time talking about being a CEO than actually focusing on the long-term success of the business. No room for advancement. If you're looking at a sales role, move on.
