Vantaggi
As someone mentioned, nobody gives a sh*t. So you're that type of person, it's heaven. That's about it.
Svantaggi
No technical leadership on all levels. The app architecture is a mess. Almost nobody knows how things work which creates bugs when developing a feature. The company doesn't care when a good/knowledgeable dev/qa quit, thinking everyone is replaceable. If you do a bad job or no job at all, you get promoted. It's all about creating a smoke screen, an illusion that you work and care. Lots of technical debt that just keeps on growing. Might be good as a first job, if you're smart you'll learn how not to do stuff. The opposite happens rarely if at all. The senior management is doing reorgs as if trying to improve things. They are either clueless or don't really want to make a great product. They will probably just sell at one point and run away.
