Upper management is very willing to let you go in an instant without any warning. One minute, my job feels secure, the next you are let go because the results are not where they expect. I understand if the employee is not performing well but the way I was let go was so bad. Just because they want to go in a different direction. If you are considering working for Workbar, be aware they WILL let you go very fast unless if you completely if you far exceed their expectations.
