- The CEO is involved in all aspects of the business, when he should be placing his trust in those who might understand the situation or area better than he does - Sales team constantly mis-selling or under-selling projects - Functionality being sold that has not even been built or created, especially into verticals the company has not worked in before - Huge focus on making the company look appealing to buyers, instead of making their customers successful - CSMs and sales seem to lack an understanding of what customers want or need; they focus on selling what nets the biggest revenue - Certain partnerships are completely one-sided, with little to no help or assistance from either side - Several underlying and deep-rooted software issues - Assumptive approach to how customers should use the system as opposed to a much more integrated and responsive approach of asking customers what they would find most useful and how new verticals operate - Certain roles show a lack of experience or understanding in the business, or how to use the tools within that role - causing a lot of issues and showing how un-professional the company can be
