Some of the guys in Rugby truly work extremely hard and put in a lot of effort to make the place what it is, when I was there, there were some that let the place down, made it feel very much like if you didn’t fit in, you were very much felt unwelcome but this has changed since I left and the guy running the Rugby office is wicked so I am assuming the atmosphere and work ethic would have changed for the better. Great pay and incentives for doing the work, I earnt a lot with Workchain and appreciate all the support and effort. The system is great.

Some areas of the business could improve, it is true, the Company unfortunately has a bad reputation, some companies know of this reputation and won’t use Workchain but the past is the past and everyone deserves a second chance in my opinion.
