Se sei un venditore esperto che ha avuto successo in passato, Scout non fa per te. Sarai costretto a un sistema di metriche antiquato dal 2003 da una metodologia bloccata nella scatola che non si è evoluta. Ad esempio, inviando una tazza di caffè ai potenziali clienti, se non lo fai, aspettati di essere rimproverato pubblicamente. Ti occuperai di aumenti di prezzo costanti settimane dopo aver citato un certo prezzo a un potenziale cliente. Grande "ossessione per il cliente". Chiedi perché numerosi vincitori del President's Club se ne sono andati dopo la fine dell'anno fiscale e rappresentanti di backchannel che hanno lasciato l'azienda per meno di 6-8 mesi su LinkedIn. Non sarà difficile trovarli visto che ce ne sono più di 10.

Large organization means decision-making can be slow. Significant amount of process and bureaucracy before changes reach production. Cross-team dependencies can slow delivery. Career growth can depend on organizational priorities and manager support. Frequent reorganizations can shift priorities and disrupt long-term projects. Innovation may move slower than at smaller startups. Internal tools and processes can sometimes feel overly complex. Communication between teams can occasionally be inconsistent. Like much of the tech industry, the company has experienced layoffs, creating uncertainty for some employees. Promotions can take time and require navigating multiple approval levels.
