Great coworkers that are dedicated to providing quality planning, management and oversight for the workforce education services for the region. Good HR policies that provide a good work-life balance (holidays, vacation policy, etc.), adequate compensation for the work load, and pleasant co-workers.
Svantaggi
The were instances where the management would make unilateral decisions with out adequately informing the employees. The employees likely would have agreed but would benefit from understanding how or why the decision was made. The organization is mostly funded with federal and state money so there can be some frustrations with bureaucracy at times.
